Agreement to Terms

By engaging the bookkeeping services provided by Ground Control Bookkeeping LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

We provide monthly bookkeeping services for small businesses on QuickBooks Online: categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements such as a Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet. We do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, payroll processing, or financial, investment, or legal advice. For those, you should work with a qualified CPA or advisor.

QuickBooks Online Access

As your bookkeeper, we access your QuickBooks Online account with your authorization to maintain your books. By granting access, you authorize us to review and record transactions as necessary to perform the services you have requested. You may revoke this access at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide to us.
• You are responsible for providing the records we need to complete your books in a timely manner.
• You must maintain the security of your own account credentials and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• You must have proper authorization to grant us access to your business's financial accounts.
• You remain responsible for your own tax filings and for reviewing the financial statements we deliver.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided in good faith and depend on the accuracy and completeness of the records you provide. We are not liable for errors that result from inaccurate or incomplete source information. Our bookkeeping services are not a substitute for tax, legal, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ground Control Bookkeeping LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

Our engagement is month to month. Either party may terminate it at any time. Upon termination, we will stop accessing your QuickBooks Online data and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may also remove our access to your QuickBooks account directly through Intuit's settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
